Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All packages are shipped with a tracking number which you will receive once the package has been dispatched. We aim to send your package within 1-3 days from the day the order is received.
All items are sent from our studio shop in Denmark. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Delivery costs are calculated by weight and destination.
Customs fees may be added in certain countries like the USA. Please check before purchasing an item as we are not responsible for customs and import charges in your country.
ajhpottery is not liable for non-delivery when a shipping method without Track & Trace is used. If you choose a shipping method with Track & Trace, the package is insured. If a package with Track & Trace is not delivered, the customer must contact the carrier. We are always happy to assist you with a tracking number.
ajhpottery does not offer partial delivery. Payment is charged and a delivery confirmation is sent via email once the products are handed over to the carrier. If the order is shipped with Track & Trace, it can be tracked online using the tracking number.
Uncollected shipments : If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, ajhpottery reserves the right to charge the customer DKK 60 to cover costs associated with the failed delivery. If you change your mind after the order has already been shipped, you must still accept the delivery and then return the
order.
Returns and Refund Policy.
In the event of having to return an item please contact us for any of the reasons below.
We offer a no quibble 14 days refund policy and we process the refund directly after we receive the item.
Unwanted items- In the case of an unwanted item it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return postage. If you decide to return an item to us, you are financially responsible for ensuring the package reaches us undamaged.
Damaged items- In the event of a buyer receiving a damaged item caused during delivery you must contact ajhpottery within 24 hours and provide us with the purchase and delivery information. Please keep the original box and packaging so we can document the damage to provide to the courier company. This requirement is mandatory and cannot be waived.
