In the event of having to return an item please contact us for any of the reasons below.

We offer a no quibble 14 days refund policy and we process the refund directly after we receive the item.

Unwanted items- In the case of an unwanted item it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return postage. If you decide to return an item to us, you are financially responsible for ensuring the package reaches us undamaged.

Damaged items: In the event of a buyer receiving a damaged item caused during delivery you must contact ajhpottery within 24 hours and provide us with the purchase and delivery information. Please keep the original box and packaging so we can document the damage to provide to the courier company. This requirement is mandatory and cannot be waived.
