Vilkår og betingelser

.

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the ajhpottery website and purchases of pottery products, classes, and other services.

The business is operated by Amanda Jayne Holyer, trading as ajhpottery, a sole trader registered in Denmark. Legal notices may be sent to ajhpottery@gmail.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and services

We aim to describe products, prices, availability, classes, and services accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images because pottery is handmade.

Class details, dates, times, locations, prices, and payment requirements will be shown when booking.

3. Orders and payment

Product orders require full payment at checkout.

Payment requirements for classes may vary by class or service and will be shown during booking. An order or booking is accepted once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting an order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you and refund the amount paid.

4. Delivery

For deliveries within Denmark, we generally aim to deliver products within 1–2 weeks.

Delivery times outside Denmark vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide available delivery information during checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any applicable import duties or taxes charged in your destination country.

5. Returns and refunds

For eligible physical products, you may request a return within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Products may be returned with packaging opened, provided the product itself is unused and returned in suitable condition.

You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover reasonable return postage in those cases.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described goods. Certain made-to-order, personalised, or otherwise exempt products may have different cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned product has been received and checked.

6. Class cancellations and no-shows

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled class or appointment.

Cancellations made later may not qualify for a refund, except where mandatory consumer rights apply or we agree otherwise.

If you do not attend a booked class or appointment, the full booking price may be charged.

If we cancel or materially change a class or appointment, we will contact you and explain the available options, which may include rescheduling or a refund where appropriate.

7. Members’ accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other customers, or our business.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

9. Intellectual property

The website content, photographs, branding, designs, text, and other materials belong to Amanda Jayne Holyer, ajhpottery, or their licensors.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use website content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are responsible only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applying to your order or booking will normally be the version in effect when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom may also have mandatory rights to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
